How long does shipping take?
Australian orders: 3-7 business days. Express available at checkout. We ship from QLD.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We’re Australia-only for now. Working on it.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking email once we ship. Check your spam folder first—then hit us up on the contact page if you haven’t received it within 2 business days.
Products
Are these genuine Zippos?
Yes. All Zippo products come with the genuine Zippo lifetime warranty. We don’t sell fakes.
Do lighters come with fuel?
No. Lighters ship empty for safety. You’ll need to fill with Zippo lighter fluid before first use.
Are knives legal to own?
Laws vary by state. It’s your responsibility to know your local knife laws.

What’s your return policy?
30 days, unused, original packaging. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
What if I receive a faulty product?
We’ll replace it or refund you. Contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery.
